3 things you are doing wrong during this lockdown!

For many of us, this lockdown has taken a hard blow on our routines and our day to day activities. However, for those hustlers living amongst us this is the perfect opportunity to hit pause and look at life through a bird’s eye view. They are capitalizing their hobbies, learning new skills, adapting to the new normal so that once this phase dies down, they emerge more rejuvenated and stronger. Are you the procrastinator or the hustler; these three habits will let you know.
• Lack of routine
How many among us are up all night gaming and wasting our time, only to wake up to a lethargic afternoon and a drowsy day? Unfortunately, that’s the routine of 95% of the population during this lockdown. Decide for yourself what is the best version you want of yourself and detail a set plan to follow. Write a routine that you want to imbibe in your life and stick to it for the next 21 days, and witness how your life changes before your eyes.
• Too much Netflix and television
Have you managed to finish every show and movie on Netflix during this lockdown? If you are part of the 95% of the population, your answer would be a yes! There is a reason why the old age adage would call television an “idiot box”. I am in no way propagating against watching television, but watching in moderation is the key. The next time you think on spending the night in front of Netflix, pick up a book and give it a read and make it a habit to learn and discover new things during this lockdown.
• Unhealthy eating habits and sedentary life style
One of the biggest fears of post lockdown phase, is the increasing number of obese children and adults alike. Take a moment to understand your food and ensure you’re eating habits are in moderation and balanced. Also take out 30 minutes of your day to be physically active. A lifestyle change is one that can be done during this lockdown and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
